Responsibilities:
- Manages full spectrum of HR-GA operations.
- Partner with business to improve employee engagement through communication, awareness of business goals, etc.
- Liaise and build effective working relations with HR teams.
Requirements:
- Male, max 35 years old
- Holding Bachelor Degree, preferably from Law.
- Having min. 3 years as an HR Generalist, at the same position/level.
- Good knowledge in manpower policies
- Meticulous, energetic, self-motivated and able to multi-task
- Good in English, both written and oral
- Must be hands on, resourceful, result oriented, and strong in teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and good communication skills
- Willing to be located at Cikupa, Tangerang
