monthly magazine – Intisari- in 1963, followed by the establishment of
Kompas daily newspaper in 1965. Now we have more than 20 business units
with line of business includes online and digital media, hotels and
resorts, printed media, book publishers, book stores, printing,
manufactures, business of events and venues, training and education.

Responsibilities:
Operate human resources
activities for recruitment and selection, training and development,
compensation and benefit, industrial relationship based on SOP to
support the Human Resources Department as the Strategic Business
Partner.
Requirements:
- Male / Female
- Maximal age 25 years old
- Holding a degree in Psychology, Management, Industrial Technology or Human Resource Management or at least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field (Fresh Graduates with passion in Human Resources are welcome to apply)
- Strong conceptual and sharp analytical thinking
- Good administering skill
- Ability to work independently andin groups
- Have good communication skills
- Multi tasking and determine to achieve target
- Proficientin English, bothverbally and in writing
- Ability to maintain data confidentiality
- Strong computer literate (words, excel, power point, Visio, etc.)
