Now we are looking for a dynamic people to fill up the position of :

Sales Administration Executive
Jakarta Raya - Thamrin - Jakarta Pusat
Responsibilities:
  • Inputting partner PO & daily reconciliation with distributor PO in CRM to generate Sales Performance and Partner Performance
  • Arrange and Monitor product loan
  • Prepare new partner registration, Supporting Letter and other supporting document for tender process
  • Assist Partner Management
  • Administrative task : Prepare outgoing letters for commercial needs and filling documents (eg. agreement & corporate letter)
  • Create Sales Performance Report and any other relevant report
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, preferably from Accounting, Computer Science or Business Management
  • At least 4 year(s) of working experience in Sales Administration / Sales Support / Logistic
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Thamrin - Jakarta Pusat.
  • Proficient in MS Excel
  • Proactive and multi-tasking
  • Able to work in fast pace and under pressure
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
