Fraud Prevention Officer

Responsibilities:
Job Descriptions:
- Learn, analyze and monitor trend of Fraud; build Fraud trend report based on internal case and industry
- Responsible to increase security level of user in using Tokobagus website service, ensure Fraud control are in place to establish Tokobagus website as a safe place to browse
- Take care of investigation part on Fraud cases
- To improve tools/system as part of Fraud detection & monitoring
- To build good relationship and work alongside with related party (internal and external) to get understanding on Fraud trend and its analysis
- To deeply involve in handling the ad-hoc improvement project/work
Organization Function:
- Reports to the Quality & Customer Service Manager
- Being part of a dynamic team committed to deliver fraud prevention initiatives; including but not limited to setting up process & procedure, learning the fraud trend, tools improvements and take part of fraud investigation.
Requirements:
General Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree (any major) from reputable university with 2 – 4 years working experience in field of Fraud detection function
- Have good understanding of technology, passion with ecommerce business and high level of internet savvy
- Must highly motivated and outstanding individual with strong working knowledge of Fraud issue
- Good understanding of ecommerce Fraud trend and the solution to fight Fraud
Specific Requirements:
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving and passion to details
- Proactive, creative, investigative and had strong research
- Ability to work independently and take accountability on decision making
- Good interpersonal skills, objective-oriented, self-motivated and teamwork player
- Keen to learn, positive attitude and willing to work extra miles
- Proven ability to communicate effectively in English at all levels both orally and in writing
