Responsibilities:
- Condust all recruitment & Interview Process
- Deliver Necessary HR Report
- Maintain Employee record both Hard copy ( Personal Filing ) and soft copy
- Manage and Develop administration of the human resources policies, procedures and programs
- Manage day to day operation of the HR Department
- Handle Training Development, HR Communication, Compensation Benefits
- Other HR activities when required by management
- Handle general HR
Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor or equialent preferably from HR Management
- Minimum 3 year experience in HR generalis in a same poition
- Computer Literate
- Good administration & Good Negotiation skill
- Ability in handling confidential matters
- Integrity : Trustworthy, reliability, Confident
- Responsive : Respond to inquiries / feedback promptly and effectively
- Having experiences in Legal HR System is a plus Point
- Speaking mandarin fluently is an added value
