Responsibilities:
The job of the position is to man Singapore Airlines call centre
Jakarta, customer servicing and handling customer inquiries regarding
booking and ticketing, and to be based in Jakarta. Prospective candidates should be INDONESIAN citizens and meet the minimum requirement as mentioned below:
Requirements:
- Holds minimum a Diploma (D3) degree from reputable university
- Max. 28 years old
- Fluent in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Must be customer oriented with interest in dealing with people
- Strong communication skills
- Able to work well both in team and independently
- Pleasant personality, with interest in dealing with people
- IT Literacy
- Knowledge on Airlines and tourism industry would be an advantage
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
