Responsibilities:
- Investigate the root cause of performance gaps (achievement vs target) to find best solution
- Develop new initiative to improve commerce performance
- Work with related unit to develop action plans for performance improvement
- Monitor implementation and execution of defined and agreed action plan to deliver targeted performance
