Recruitment Supervisor
Jakarta Raya - Gandaria 8 Office Tower, Jl. Sultan Iskandar Muda
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for staff recruiting and selection process in order to fulfill manpower needs of each department in timely basis with high qualified employee
  • Lead the recruitment activities and improve recruitment strategy and system
  • Ensure the recruitment process aligned with man power planning
  • Doing a psychological test assesstment
  • Develop assessment tools for selection process
  • Responsible for man power management process
  • Assist branches in term of man power management and recruitment process
  • Associated with a third party, such as outsourcing firms and headhunters 
Requirements:
  • University graduate, Bachelor in Psychology with min. GPA > 3.0
  • Min. 1 year experience in the same field
  • Have a good knowledge of Psychological test
  • Good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skill
  • Highly motivated, self initiative, persistence and detail oriented person
  • Good command in English, computer literate (Internet & MS-Office)
