Responsibilities:
- Responsible
for staff recruiting and selection process in order to fulfill manpower
needs of each department in timely basis with high qualified employee
- Lead the recruitment activities and improve recruitment strategy and system
- Ensure the recruitment process aligned with man power planning
- Doing a psychological test assesstment
- Develop assessment tools for selection process
- Responsible for man power management process
- Assist branches in term of man power management and recruitment process
- Associated with a third party, such as outsourcing firms and headhunters
Requirements:
- University graduate, Bachelor in Psychology with min. GPA > 3.0
- Min. 1 year experience in the same field
- Have a good knowledge of Psychological test
- Good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skill
- Highly motivated, self initiative, persistence and detail oriented person
- Good command in English, computer literate (Internet & MS-Office)
