A company engaged in transportation, urgently required :
HR Manager
Jakarta Raya
Responsibilities:


  • Developing human resources policies and procedures
  • Dealing with all issues related to pay and personnel benefits
  • Managing staffing needs
  • Ensuring required permits and licenses for foreign employees
  • Maintaining employee records
     
Requirements:
  • Degree in Human Resources Administration or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 (five) years experiences in HR management (company over 40 employees)
  • Experience of dealing with expatriate employee/working in international team
  • Having knowledge in labor law (UU no 13, 2003; UU no 2, 2004; and related regulations), recruitment & selection, benefits administration, performance management, compensation & wages structure, and other matters relating to employees.
  • Fluent English (written and communication)
  • Strong time management skills
