Responsibilities:
- Develop Financial Model and Financial Analysis
- Good knowledge in: Cash flow projection, cash flow statement, and join venture & Acquisition
- Understanding of the financial market (debt and equity markets)
- Prepare Business Analysis (Project and Business Valuation)
- Prepare reviews report (share valuation, fairness opinion, asset appraisal)
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Good in writing, analysis and financial
- Active personality, willing to learn, adaptable
- Good presentation and negotiation skills is a must
- Full-Time position(s) available.
