HRD Assistant Business Partner

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and manage training and development needs for employees.
  • Develop and implement human resources policies and procedures.
  • Administer HR policies and procedures.
  • Hands on in Industrial Relation.
  • Administer and Ensure Business Operation are in line with company HRD policies and legislation.
  • Implement and monitor performance management system.
  • Handle employee complaints, grievances and disputes.
  • Administer employee discipline processes.
  • Maintain the human resource information system and employee database.
  • Coordinate employee safety, welfare and wellness.
  • Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting HR functions.
Requirements:
  • Min. Bachelor Degree in Psychology/ Law/ Management/ HR relevant experience of which 3 years in HR supervisor position
  • Possess good analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of  HRIS is an advantage
