Responsibilities:
- Identify and manage training and development needs for employees.
- Develop and implement human resources policies and procedures.
- Administer HR policies and procedures.
- Hands on in Industrial Relation.
- Administer and Ensure Business Operation are in line with company HRD policies and legislation.
- Implement and monitor performance management system.
- Handle employee complaints, grievances and disputes.
- Administer employee discipline processes.
- Maintain the human resource information system and employee database.
- Coordinate employee safety, welfare and wellness.
- Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting HR functions.
Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor Degree in Psychology/ Law/ Management/ HR relevant experience of which 3 years in HR supervisor position
- Possess good analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of HRIS is an advantage
