Requirements:
- Graduated from reputable university majoring in Tax or Accounting, with GPA minimum 3.25
- Having 1-2 years experience in compensation and benefit
- Fluent in English both spoken and written
- Good personality, communication and interpersonal skill, responsible, fast learner, multi-tasking person, and be able to work under pressure
- Highly motivated, self initiative, hard worker and be able to work in a team
