Compliance Officer Policy and Report
Jakarta Raya
Responsibilities:

  • To continue the implementation of the Compliance Regulatory Self-Assessment (CRSA) in branches,  Mass Market and Syariah units
  • To develop monitoring process in conjunction with the implementation of CRSA for the purpose of intensifying the compliance awareness throughout the organization
  • In addition to participate in Management Calls for the purpose of providing consultative discussion with the management seniors Bank wide 
Requirements:
  • Graduate/Post Graduate from reputable university
  • Work experience min. 3 years in Compliance or Risk Management from banking industry
  • Experience in implementing Self Assessment or managing projects
  • Proven analytical and negotiation skills combined with the ability to communicate with top management
  • Having good interpersonal skill and a team player
  • The position is for senior managerial level
