Responsibilities:
Specifically Garuda Indonesia Management Trainee for Finance & Accounting covers:

Classroom training on airline business, global economic trend, brand
revitalization, sales-marketing, business law, entrepreneurship and
finance
-
Job rotation to various units at Garuda Indonesia covering commercial
area, services, finance and controlling, business strategy, ground
operation, safety
-
Assignments at branch offices to explore, plan & develop area’s
potential market, enhance route profitability, with direct impact to the
branch office’s revenue
Requirements:

Indonesian citizen
-
Min. holds Bachelor Degree/S1 from reputable University
-
Max. age 27 years old (for bachelor degree/S1) and 30 years old (for Master Degree/S2)
-
GPA min. 3.00 for (for bachelor degree/S1) and 3.25 for (master degree/S2) within 4.00 scales.

Majoring in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, and Economic

TOEIC score min. 600
-
Good command of English and Indonesian
-
Good organization, interpersonal, and communication skills

Strong sense of creative, innovative, and able to think out of the box

Cooperative, discipline, and able to work as a team

Willing to be posted in Garuda Indonesia’s branch offices, domestic and international
