HR Assistant Manager (Compensation Benefit & IR Area)
Yogyakarta
Responsibilities:
-
Administer and supervise Compensation & Benefit aspect: prepare
reports requested in timely and accurate manner, administer and propose
benefits, administer evaluations/promotion proposal.
- Keeping
good relation with employees, taking care of their morale and
motivation, solving their concerns and issues. Reporting foreseen
possible problems to upper management for proper solutions and
directions.
- Advise and manage on a diverse range of strategic and
operational issues which will include redundancy, complex disciplinary
and grievance issues, employee tribunals and complex change management
issues.
- Supervise Office administration to make sure all office
operations run smoothly; office administration will include – but not be
limited to: paperwork, safety, security, access door system, office
equipment, etc.
- Reporting to HR Manager & Production Manager
Requirements:
- Have strong background & experience in Payroll, Compensation and Benefits area
- At least 3 years of experience at HR management level, ideally in IT/video game areas.
- Able to conduct salary structure & benefits process
- Strong knowledge & experience of Labor Law and regulationsrelating to compensation and benefits
- Strong command in English, written and spoken;
- Advanced user of MS Excel
- To have good macro-vision, while being able to get into details, and able to work under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal skills, able to manage a team and task to meet deadlines
- This position are based on Yogyakarta
