Compliance Officer Policy and Report

Responsibilities:
- To continue the implementation of the Compliance Regulatory Self-Assessment (CRSA) in branches, Mass Market and Syariah units
- To develop monitoring process in conjunction with the implementation of CRSA for the purpose of intensifying the compliance awareness throughout the organization
- In addition to participate in Management Calls for the purpose of providing consultative discussion with the management seniors Bank wide
Requirements:
- Graduate/Post Graduate from reputable university
- Work experience min. 3 years in Compliance or Risk Management from banking industry
- Experience in implementing Self Assessment or managing projects
- Proven analytical and negotiation skills combined with the ability to communicate with top management
- Having good interpersonal skill and a team player
- The position is for senior managerial level
