Currently, Kelly Services presents our client, a German multinational engineering and electronics company headquartered in Gerlingen, near Stuttgart. The core products of our client are automotive components, industrial products and consumer goods, and building products (including household appliances, power tools, security systems and thermotechnology). They are seeking for qualified candidates as :

Accounting Supervisor
Jakarta Raya
Responsibilities:
  • Follow up, collection, and allocation of payments
  • Carry out billing, collection, and reporting activities according to specific deadlines
  • Post incoming payment transactions
  • Reconciliation of accounts (customer/intercompany)
  • Monitoring customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities
  • Follow established procedures for processing receipts, cash, etc
  • Prepare bank deposits
  • Investigate and resolve customer queries
  • Communicating with customers via phone or email/fax
  • Cashier function
  • Handling numbers of transaction, such as import tax handling, forwarders document, local purchas, intercompany transaction
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Could speak workable English
  • Result oriented and ability to work in tight deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal and intercultural skills
