Cost Controller (Engineering Procurement Construction - EPC)
Jakarta Raya
Responsibilities:
  • Responsibilities linked to the project cost control :
    • Scrutiny of Indents raised by the project technical team and ensure that the indents raised are well within the budgeted costs and are supported with all the necessary documents justifying the procurement of the item / service mentioned.
    • Preparation of projected cash flows based on the Purchase Orders placed and schedule of receipt of material / services.
    • Weekly review of the purchase orders placed and material to be received.
    • Budget and Cost Commitment Control.
    • Tracking of Bank Guarantees and other performance guarantees.
    • Manage and Control project Capital Creditors.
    • Capitalization of the Project and Fixed Assets Register.
    • Audit co-ordination.
    • Ensure effective coordination with the Project Technical Team and Project Commercial Team.
  • Manage Project Cost Reports :
    • Monthly report on the projected cash flows.
    • Monthly report on the Purchase orders issued.
    • Variation report on the Project Cost.
    • Group Capex reporting.
  • Assist and be involved in the set-up of Finance and Administrative structure of the entity : e.g. procedure set-up, procurement structure set-up.
  • Involve in the implementation of IT system (MOVEX) for the company.
  • Back-up for Tax compliance of the company : Handle Tax filing and payment (VAT, withholding Tax) and ensure TAX compliance for the project costs.
  • Assist in month-end process, including reporting to the Group.
Requirements:
  • MALE - FEMALE, 27 -35 years old
  • Bachelor degree in Finance/Accounting from Reputable University
  • Have experience in Manufacturing Industry
  • Have 5 years of experience in Financial Accounting preferably in Accounts Payables, Fixed Assets Accounting
  • Exposure to ERP environment
  • Excellent command on MS. Office Software
  • Have working exeperience in Start Up Operations
  • Good understanding/knowledge of business practice, especially in  Accounting & Finance
  • Good analytical thinking particularly in Financial matters
  • Conflict handling ability.
  • Excellent communication, Interpretation and Implementation of controls.
  • ProficiencyinWrittenand Oral English.
  • Exposure to project environment will be highly appreciated.
