Responsibilities:
- Responsible for handling general affairs and office management
- Responsible for a variety of office-related tasks
- Interfacing with internal employees regarding general affairs and administrative support functions
- Supervise work of staff: receptionist, office boy, driver
- Responsible for various HR generalist and administrative tasks
Requirements:
- At least min S1 Law / Psychology / HR Management with minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field
- Having experience in managing HR Administration and general affairs
- Good interpersonal, coordination and reporting skills
- Good work ethics, integrity, and attitude
- Familiar with MS Office program
- Must be analytical and have good problem solving skills
- Have good communication skills
